Machines with no room for a cabinet
The small box goes where a full enclosure will not. That is the whole reason it exists — the inspection itself is the same.
Our products
Compact, for tighter installs
The same inspection in a smaller footprint, running on a Jetson Orin NX. Thin enough to mount on DIN rail inside a cabinet you already have, for machines where there is no room for a full enclosure.
Where it fits
The small box goes where a full enclosure will not. That is the whole reason it exists — the inspection itself is the same.
A smaller footprint is easier to retrofit onto a machine that was never laid out with a vision system in mind.
A single camera over a single station, with the same models and the same dashboard as the larger box.
The compute module is thin and DIN-rail mountable. If you are a solutions provider, or you have empty rail space in the cabinet already on the line, it goes in there — no second enclosure, no extra footprint on the floor.
What you get
At a glance
Cameras and optics are selected for your part rather than shipped as a fixed bundle. Talk to us about the specifics of your line.
Same platform
Only the hardware footprint changes.
Black specks, short shots, overmoulding, contamination, burn marks and geometry — including the variation that comes with recycled feedstock, where the baseline moves batch to batch.
Annotate around 120 examples, or let us assist. In roughly two hours the model is trained and running live on the line.
Trigger I/O straight to the machinery — stop the line, divert the defective part, or adjust process parameters, configured by your team without code.
What was inspected, the result and the batch it belongs to — a complete audit trail behind the live dashboard and the statistics.
Not the right footprint?
The standard system. One camera over the line and a control box doing the inference, sized for continuous production.
